My home was hit by a tornado. There were black marks on the brick from shingles hitting the home. The biggest problem was fiberglass insulation mixed with dirt and mud stuck in every corner and crevice of the home. Total Solutions not only removed the black marks and all the insulation but took the extra steps to hand wash all the individual windows frames, doors and glass to really make the house look clean. I would highly recommend Total Solutions for your pressure washing needs.

TPS did an incredible job removing a large amount of graffiti on our very old building, taking care of the aged brick and mortar. Will got us the quote, and got the work done in under 48 hours and you can't tell the extensive vandalism was ever there. We can't recommend him enough!

This business is great. They cleaned our 60yr. old driveway from gray to white! Our gutters went from black, gray speckled dirty to new looking white again! Will be having them return. I used William for a client’s home. We were in a time crunch with photos happening the next day. He was able to come out within 30 mins of me contacting him, he was very responsive! He power washed the exterior vinyl and it now looks list ready! I will definitely be using his services again.

I’m on a spring & fall gutter-cleanout schedule with TPS , so I dont have to call for an appointment when I need them. They text me, tell me when they can be here, show up when they say they will, and do a great job..
